I’ve spent 35 years in dealerships, and had the unique opportunity to learn and successfully manage every department of a store. For the last 20 years, I ran my own stores. In 2008, I had to close a dealership I only purchased in mid 2007, and found a huge gap in assistance and guidance available to liquidate a dealership in these challenging times.
I am confident that I can walk into any dealership and quickly help a dealer find the best solutions on saving or liquidating a store.

Consulting Specialties There are two broad categories of assistance that I can assist with: · Dealership Survival or Rescue—I can quickly take financial statements and develop expense costs against guides, calculate breakeven points, and other reviews to see how close you can get to a save. If I believe that I can help save a store, I may offer to take on the project on contingency for an equity share of the store, eliminating any cash expenditure from you. · Dealership Liquidation is a very complicated process involving many things that a successful dealer has never had to consider. Each liquidation is unique, with many different options and choices with respect to the dealer’s objectives. In many cases, the lender’s objectives will also have to be taken into consideration.
